• Create detailed job descriptions and post them on various job boards and platforms.
• Use niche platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster to find potential candidates.
• Review resumes to identify candidates with the right skills and experience.
• Perform pre-screening calls and conduct interviews using various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions).
• Work with IT team leaders to understand hiring needs and forecast department goals.
• Engage with potential candidates to promote the company’s reputation as a great place to work.
• Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company.
• Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products.

• A university degree or diploma in related field.
• Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter or Recruiter.
• Ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles.
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including social media recruiting and Boolean search.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
