Your new role
In your role as an enterprise level Account Executive, your crucial contribution will be to foster new business development across the Americas. Utilizing your profound sales acumen, along with your expertise and connections in the mining sector, you will pinpoint fresh prospects, forge robust partnerships, and provide bespoke solutions that align with our customers’ technical requirements.
- Overseeing the complete sales cycle, from cultivating potential clients, showcasing our offerings, addressing concerns, to finalizing transactions.
- Seeking out and capitalizing on novel business prospects within the mining sector.
- Crafting and implementing targeted sales strategies to meet objectives and broaden our footprint in the market.
- Engaging in promotional activities such as industry expos, symposiums, and new product introductions.
- Establishing and maintaining pivotal client relationships, including those with executives, geologists, and engineers.
- Keeping abreast of the latest developments and consumer needs within the mining industry.
What you'll need to succeed
As a seasoned sales professional, your expertise will be rooted in B2B sales or consulting, specifically within the mining sector. Essential competencies, background, and credentials include:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, demonstrating a consistent record of achievements within the mining field.
- A well-established network in the mining sector.
- Proficiency in marketing software solutions or complex technical software.
- A robust capability to detect, engage, and secure brand-new business ventures with major corporate customers.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communicative abilities, adept at developing and nurturing client connections.
- Willingness to undertake business travel as necessary.
