Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to oversee our mid-rise residential projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing mid-rise residential construction and possess significant expertise in underground work. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all on-site construction activities for mid-rise residential projects.
  • Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff.
  • Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and building codes.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on-site.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality control.
  • Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure project success.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Site Superintendent in mid-rise residential construction.
  • Proven experience of managing underground projects such as car parks.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
